JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The FP&A Analyst will participate in the Financial Planning & Analysis for the North American Development & Construction (D&C) business. This includes preparation of annual business plans for 15+ shared services ledgers as well as the consolidation of the entire division, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators that drive firm profitability, communicating financial information to the business and business partnering with leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare yearly business plans & reforecasts with business stakeholders.
Prepare monthly management reporting package and walkthrough with business leads, including key metrics, revenue, and EBITDA analysis
Collaborate with internal reporting teams to define and measure the company's key metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Collaborate with various accounting teams to ensure the cohesive presentation of business plans and reforecasts.
Partner with divisional heads to ensure the financial literacy of figures to make better decisions
Partner with technology teams to improve our reporting tools to make the process more efficient
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests from business leaders and others related to financial reports, statements, and established budgets.
Work towards annual goals and objectives for the team, and implement workflows for effective and efficient completion of tasks. Implement process and procedural improvements to streamline work, increase productivity, and maintain service and quality excellence.
Complete various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or applicable field
Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated advanced analytic skills and high attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on PowerPoint
Experience with complex Company Structures
Experience with FP&A system tools
Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, and balance multiple priorities

Experience working within and implementing FP&A technology systems
Experience of working in a similar role within a fast-paced multi-jurisdictional business

Additional Compensation:
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
