Position Description
WHAT YOU?LL DO:
Serve as Coaching Team Lead on Key Career Coaching Systems
Lead on software systems with SME responsibility supporting the coaching program:
Time Reporting and Payroll Service
12Twenty Recruiting Platform
Serve as Qualtrics/Polling Expert
Maintain the Career Coach directory (alumni and MBA) to ensure proper visibility of the coaches and to align with the coaching module of the main HBS Recruiting platform
Manage relationship with Vmock/Aspire and all relevant coaching platforms
Manage MBA and Alumni Coaching Program Operations
Manage weekly coach invoicing process
Share career coaching content within the Career & Professional Development (CPD) office and the broader HBS community
Provide ongoing communications/support for coaches
Field coaching-related questions/requests forwarded from the CPD main office account including pre-matriculation coaching requests
Facilitate coach staffing for various programs
Contribute to MBA and Alumni Program Work
Assist Associate Director with programs that include outreach and coach matching targeted programs
Team lead for Required Curriculum (RC) Resume Review and RC Cover Letter Review programs as well as club specific resume review programs
Support RC January Practice Interviews
Team lead for Spring Reunion programming
Manage LinkedIn Makeover content, training, and subscriptions
Distribute HBS Partner coaching requests to appropriate coaches
Support the planning and execution of Annual Coach Training (2-day intensive training for all coaches)
Support Alumni Career Programming
Lead staffing and logistics for daily Coach on Call program (scheduling happens three times per year for Fall, Winter/Spring and Summer)
Participate as a team member in other MBA and alumni programs as required
Analyze Coaching Program Performance Measures and Maintain Documentation Processes
Create project plans and documentation for career programming and regularly update the Coach Handbook
Provide budget-related analysis as requested by Associate Director
General CPD
Assist with other CPD programming
This role is also responsible for other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
5+ years of experience in administrative support role(s) is required.
Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience is a must.

Additional Information
This is a 40 hours/week, overtime-eligible position.
This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday ? Friday. Specific hours and days onsite will be determined by business needs and are subject to change with appropriate advanced notice.
We may conduct candidate interviews virtually (phone and/or via Zoom) and/or in-person for this role.
