Incumbent leads and oversees major concurrent complex projects from initiation through implementation. Manages the project's framework processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams. Plans, coordinates and monitors scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff and deliverables. Monitors the project from initiation through completion. Organizes and leads activities relating to the management and completion of projects.

Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven skills in managing large and complex projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Systems including 5 or more years large project/program management experience in a Healthcare environment
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an Information Systems environment
Exceptional skills in report writing and making technical presentations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and/or combination of education and equivalent work experience
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced technical projects
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Seven - ten years of experience project management
PMP Certification
Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
