Job Description Under the supervision of the Automated Transport System (ATS) Manager, the ATS Support Analyst is responsible for continual monitoring of system performance and promptly responding to and resolving any system issues. The Support Analyst is also responsible for supporting end users to ensure that ATS services them effectively. This requires excellent customer service and front line technical support. This position demonstrates an effective combination of analytical, mechanical, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
Minimum Qualifications High School diploma, 1 year of computer systems and customer service experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. Three or more years of experience in customer service or IT/technical troubleshooting role. Also prefer experience working with automated systems and working in a hospital setting.
