Care Coordinator-Non Clinical Behavior and development
Primary Functions: The care coordinator supports the departments from a team approach in support of families to promote timely access to needed care. Content expert of services within the departments, community services and insurance benefits to properly educate families and referring providers to ensure patients receive the appropriate care.
