Youth Soccer Coach - Development Phase
As a coach you will ensure the optimal learning environment for the player. Planning and implementing the Fremont YSC curriculum, lead the coaching during training and on game days, review and reflect on coaching performance for personal growth, and ensure all delivery is age specific and to the needs of the individual. Our philosophy is for holistic development, utilizing modern coaching practice supported by scientific research. Responsibilities: Development of the player within the learning phase objectives. Deliver training sessions from the Fremont YSC Framework, a periodized and age appropriate curriculum.
