Materials Management Analyst 3 is an experienced-level position that requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, creativity, organization, and prioritization. The incumbent functions independently with minimal supervision and technical direction. Incumbent has direct responsibility for planning, coordination, and management for a variety of complex projects and initiatives for all departments in Supply Chain Clinical Inventory.

Materials Management Analyst 3 for the Clinical Inventory - Perioperative Inventory is responsible for inventory management duties in accordance with the Policy of the University of California. This position reports to the Materials Management HC Manager I for Clinical Perioperative Inventory. The incumbent will have responsibility for systems of management of the Infor Lawson Materials Management system; perpetual inventory database, monitor supply utilization, PAR levels, usage reports and expenses. Initiating / running purchase reports and assisting with the physical stocking and counting of supply inventory is required for all departments in Clinical Inventory - Perioperative Inventory.
