Required Education:

What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor accountants, fostering their professional development and ensuring timely reporting.
Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes for multiple business units, maintaining compliance with GAAP standards.
Process Improvement: Collaborate on initiatives to enhance department efficiency and workflow, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align financial operations with company objectives.
Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
Experience: Minimum five years in financial reporting or general ledger roles, with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, effective team leadership, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
