Responsible for all functions related to the billing, collection and processing of TTLA’s membership dues and non-dues income for a mid-size association. Manage the creation and maintenance of all TTLA member accounts and database records and functions as database administrator. Accounting (55%) Process monthly and annual billing for TTLA membership dues, TTLA-PAC pledges, TTLA Board Dues, and donors to include online and paper notices along with appropriate correspondence. Process, batch and record bank drafts, daily bank lockbox receipts, cash receipts, and credit card transactions to appropriate income accounts for income of TTLA, and its related entities on a daily basis.
