Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
The Business Intelligence team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Client Data Solution Leadâ™s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform.Â
Primary DutiesÂ
⢠Support the client and account team to design, build, implement dashboards aligned with the clientâ™s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives Â
⢠Ability to gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build final solution from a technical and business perspectiveÂ
⢠Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder managementÂ
⢠Develop the Analytics roadmap with the account team and the client including schedule, scope, and investmentÂ
⢠Contribute to Intake/Backlog, data dictionary, report inventory and process for developing custom dashboardsÂ
⢠Partner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirementsÂ
⢠Ability to manage key client and account team relationshipsÂ
⢠Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long-term roadmap and final solutionÂ
⢠Proactively analyze the clientâ™s portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunities Â
⢠Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements Â
⢠Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows and develop analytical toolsÂ
⢠Work effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboardsÂ
⢠Technical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstreamÂ
⢠Provide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of workÂ
Knowledge & SkillsÂ
Bachelorâ™s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or TechnologyÂ
Experience in:Â
