Reporting to the Sr. Superintendent of Plant, incumbent is responsible for supervising staff, providing inventory control, procurement sourcing and ordering for facilities maintenance related supplies and materials. Oversees a variety of receiving, shipping, and warehousing functions, including physical inventory. In addition, incumbent will perform project management duties for minor physical improvements and maintenance projects and will act as resource for event scheduling and planning.

Required Qualifications:
Supervisory experience and demonstrated ability to direct a staff of professionals including hiring, assessing performance, coaching and disciplinary action.
Must possess a EPA 608 Type 1 Technician Certification or be able to obtain within 6 months in order to purchase controlled product
Must have basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office and MS Access software programs
Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Must be able to demonstrate skill in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to include creating and running macros, queries and reports
Four years job related work experience in building and maintenance materials supply or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of UC policies and procedures
