Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 4-6 years of experience 
• Experience with Agile Software Development
• Experience with XML/SOAP
• Experience with JSON/REST data formats
• Experience with Documentation of APIs
• Experience with SQL and Java is a plus 

Responsibilities:

• Gather technical software requirements for the development of a new Angular web application related to payments
• Writing requirements in Jira as Agile User Stories
• Collaborating with the business to define functionality
• Coordinating with developers to clarify questions
•  Gather requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developers
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance, or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility, so that information can be shared
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles
• Expand or modify the system to serve new purposes or improve workflow
