Coordinator, Development Operations
Job Summary: The Coordinator, Development Operations is responsible for all WMC Network gift processing, acknowledgments and gift receipting, invoicing and pledge reminders, expense tracking, and mailings. The position reports to the Director, Development Operations. Responsibilities: Opens and logs mail daily to review and code where gifts are designated for gift processing. Processes all gifts via mail, credit card, online, payment processor imports, gifts-in-kind, donor advised funds, payroll deductions, and wire transfers (stocks and cash). Scans all gift documentation into Salesforce and shared drives.
