Primary Care Physician Team Leader
The Primary Care physician team leader works as both a primary care physician following a panel of patients and as an administrative leader of a primary care team. In general, the leader's direct clinical care comprises 0.85 FTE, while administrative duties account for 0.15. The clinical expectations below are the same as for all other primary care physicians. General Duties: The Primary Care physician's actual clinical activity shall be a function of the VAMC Executive Committee of the Medical Staff clinical privileging process and the overall demand for emergency services.
