The Montana Medical Association (MMA) is hiring a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its physician-led membership organization dedicated to advancing the medical profession and serving 1,700 physician, resident, and medical student members. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in physician or healthcare-related member organizations, strong capabilities in advocacy, communications, and member and business relations, and a proven record of expanding non-dues revenue. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO oversees a $1.3M budget and leads the daily operations and administration of the MMA and its related entities, including MTMedPAC, the MMA Foundation, and association management service contracts. The CEO directs a dedicated staff and manages all core organi
