Job DescriptionThe Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of IT applications. Serving as a liaison between Operations and Development teams, this role ensures effective communication and resolution of system-related issues. Key responsibilities include managing tickets, performing application maintenance tasks, maintaining user security roles and permissions, monitoring error queues, and ensuring data accuracy and completion of assigned time-based tasks.
