POSITION SUMMARY The Chief Development Officer will develop and lead a comprehensive annual fundraising and communications strategy to advance GTCYS’ mission and expand philanthropic support. Key responsibilities include setting strategy, serving as a major gifts officer, and overseeing the development and communications team.
