Position SummaryAssists in monitoring and controlling the Department's operating budget. Performs accounting and budgeting functions. Develops work plans for financial planning projects. Conducts financial, statistical and analytical studies; prepares and assists in the preparation of financial reports and statements according to prescribed guidelines. Participates in the development and maintenance of the annual budget process.
