Job TitleAccruals Analyst Job Description SummaryThe Accruals Analyst is responsible for the accurate collection, administration, analysis, and documentation of Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual programs within a compliance driven organization. This role ensures PTO accruals are implemented in accordance with company policies, collective bargaining agreements, system design, applicable labor laws, and internal control requirements, including SarbanesOxley (SOX) compliance.
