Crump’s internship program provides college students with an 8 to 10 week experience where one can gain exposure to various fields in the insurance space. During this internship, interns will explore the insurance industry as well as Crump and the Truist Insurance Holdings organization as a whole and the unique way each specific entity contributes to the overall success of the organization. Interns will gain general insurance and business insight, experience the company culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting the organization’s goals. Interns will also continue to develop leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Each Intern will:
1. Learn about insurance through prescribed training, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the internship 2. Gain analytical, technical, and decision making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities 3. Complete special projects or assignments that assist the marketing, talent, or vender management departments in their mission and help the intern learn more about the corporate environment 4. Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns to develop lasting professional connections 5. Receive formal and informal feedback throughout the program
