Working/Functional Title Service Desk Analyst Position Summary The MSU IT Service Desk provides technical support to the MSU community via phone, email, and chat support. Hours of operations are from 7 AM to midnight every day when the University is open. The IT Service Desk Analyst will report up through the MSU IT Service Desk Manager, and will provide first-level contact and resolution for a wide range of technical topics for students, faculty, and staff. Although the Service Desk is located in and primarily serves MSU's main campus in East Lansing, MI, university partners and colleagues from all over the world rely on these Analysts to quickly and accurately resolve or route requests, problems, and incidents.
