Shakespeare & Company seeks an organized, hands-on and motivated individual to be our Development Director beginning January 1, 2023.  Supervision of staff; board stewardship; creating and managing annual fundraising campaigns; major gift and capital campaign solicitation; government, foundation, business, individual and new funding source coordination; managing cultivation and member events; budgeting, analyzing and reporting on capital and annual campaign activities.
