The Healthcare Data Analyst II will be responsible for:
- As a member of the project team delivers readily available and actionable data to inform and influence team decision-making to drive better patient care and outcomes.
- Provides data support for aggregation of healthcare data including quality, patient, and financial to support departmental reporting needs.
- Researches, designs, develops, implements, and maintains reporting and analytical facilities in the context of the hospital's clinical and/or financial systems.
- Provide analytical and technical guidance to clients.
- Two years data analytics experience and a Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytical field such as Economics, MPH, or Data Analytics Boot Camp
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with Data Analytics tools Proficient in SQL syntax, and coding practices.
- Experience with dimensional data modeling concepts used in data warehousing, business intelligence, and business analytics applications.
- Ability to translate reporting needs expressed in clinical or operational terms to technical solutions based on existing data, data structures, and query tool functionality.
