Working/Functional Title Learning Spaces Support Analyst Position Summary The MSUIT Digital Classroom Services team (DCS) within the department of Educational Technology is responsible for learning spaces technology support in over 450 university classrooms and computer laboratories as well as provide event support at the university. The primary role of the team is real-time support for in-session classes when technology in classrooms fails as well as requests that require the addition of equipment such as microphones, screens, and other equipment for the classes and events. The Learning Spaces Support Analyst reports to the Supervisor of DCS and is charged with providing DCS support for events and other classroom add-on needs on a scheduled or as needed
