The Registrar's Office is seeking a Systems Analyst, who will assist with updating test scripts and testing a variety of enrollment, records, scheduling and related functionality in PeopleSoft Student Administration.

Assists with updating test scripts and testing a variety of enrollment, records, scheduling and related functionality in PeopleSoft Student Administration to support quarterly system upgrades
Configures, tests and troubleshoots a variety of enrollment and schedule related SA components, including academic calendars, enrollment requirements, course catalog and scheduling reserve capacities
Supports system configuration and testing for a variety of initiatives, including alternative scheduling and academic structure changes
Runs and monitors processes related to enrollment, waitlists, grading, communication generation and prerequisite audits
Creates, reviews and updates process documentation
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of three years of work experience related to system configuration, running and monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues and recommending options and best practices for using the system to support enrollment and academic operations
Must be familiar with PeopleSoft Student Administration, particularly modules related to catalog, class scheduling, enrollment and academic structure

Salary:
Salary: $70,500 - $79,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
