As a Software Engineer - Application Developer (Officer) you will:
Write application UI and backend code
Develop reusable components
Write database queries and stored procedures
Consult with technical team, SQA and business analysts on aspects of functional specifications
Identify and resolve application issues and bugs
Produce quality code within a reasonable timeline
Participation in design review and code review
Provide assessments of task duration, complexity, progress, and risk to team leads
Software configuration and build management
Conduct unit testing
Provide system documentation
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
Advanced development experience with REACT Javascript
Experience with JAVA development
Experience in Java, J2EE, Servlet, and JDBC
Experience with Spring Framework and REST Web Services
Proficient with Oracle DB and SQL
Experience with code repositories and code management (Git, SVN, etc.)
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong ability to review and understand complex concepts at a detailed level
Ability to multi-task and to take the initiative when needed
Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting
Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with all partners in the Software Development Lifecycle such as business and quality assurance

Experience in the Financial Asset Custody Services Industry
