Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resource Manager
Job Description: The Payroll, Benefits, and Human Resource Manager is a full-time, 12-month position responsible for managing all aspects of monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and supports human resource functions. This role also provides human resources support to faculty and staff as needed. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate is one who brings experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits along with a curiosity to modernize process and procedures.
