What We Are Looking For The Associate Director/Director of Resource Development serves in the Division of Athletics and reports to the Associate Athletic Director of the Bear Foundation. The position will be apart of the Leadership Annual Giving Team of the Bear Foundation and serve as a gift officer with a primary focus on new annual gifts of $10,000 - $49,999 and increasing current gifts.
