The Xavier University Career Development Office has adopted an enhanced mission to support the holistic, personal and professional development needs of all students. Xavier University is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Director, Career Development in the Provost/Academic Affairs division under the department of Academic Engagement. The position reports to the Senior Assistant Director, Career Development, and will work collaboratively with Deans, academic departments, faculty, and other groups to coordinate and provide essential career readiness services which support the career, academic, personal, career, and professional preparation needs of students. The work of the Assistant Director is to develop and support the delivery of
