Biomedical Sciences is accepting applications for a Financial Management Analyst 1. This position is responsible to the Business Manager for performing a variety of professional administrative duties relative to the operation of the Department of Biomedical Sciences including:
Assisting and advising the Business Manager with strategic development, planning, and implementing departmental goals;
Completing individual project assignments requiring assembling of data and drafting of documents and correspondence;
Serving as a liaison between the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Finance and Administration, ETSU departments, external vendors, external sub-contractors, and ORSPA;
Providing budget management within the Department of Biomedical Sciences;
Preparing reports for both internal and external recipients;
Managing, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting financial data;
Preparing and processing monthly billing for two core facilities;
And other related duties as assigned.
All positions at East Tennessee State University are contingent upon sufficient funding.
