Intermountain Healthcare and SCL Health, two leading nonprofit healthcare leaders, completed their merger in April 2022. Now known as Intermountain Healthcare, we are creating a model health system that provides high-quality, accessible, and affordable healthcare for patients and communities in the western United States.
Intermountain Healthcare’s Peaks Region serves Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and Kansas. The Montana Wyoming market includes three hospitals (St. Vincent Healthcare, St. James Healthcare, and Holy Rosary) and 131 clinics in Montana/Wyoming.
The Montana market is seeking a Business Development and Strategic Partner to lead business development, strategic planning, service line growth, physician planning, alignment and acquisition opportunities, development of new services, and relationships for hospitals within the Central Montana and Northwest Wyoming territory. The position reports to the VP President of Planning and Strategic Development.
You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as the Vice President of Strategy and Development for the Montana Market of Intermountain Healthcare (formerly SCL Health).
You’re equally comfortable with leading people, increasing engagement, and aligning strategies with Performance Excellence initiatives.
You’re great at what you do, but you want to be part of something even greater. Because you believe that while individuals can be strong, the right team is invincible.
St. Vincent Healthcare is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our 286-bed level II trauma center has provided care in Montana and the surrounding area since 1898, and our 30-clinic network ensures community needs are met. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, and are proud to extend SCL Health’s missions by treating the poor, the vulnerable, our community and each other.
Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, we’ve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes digital tools, classes, counseling, and paid time off. We also offer retirement planning.
As an Executive, you will receive additional benefits including two times salary basic life insurance, as well as reimbursement for tuition, cell phone, professional dues, and subscriptions. We also offer financial wellness tools; retirement savings and deferred compensation plans and an additional supplemental retirement plan for executives. In addition, to show our commitment to you and to assist with your transition into our organization, we may also offer a sign-on or retention bonus and a relocation package when applicable.
With this position, you are eligible to participate in the At-Risk Compensation (ARC) Plan. This plan enables SCL Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The ARC Award opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary. Awards are paid out based on attainment of selected SCL Health Board-approved goals.
Together we’ll align mission and careers, values, and workplace. We’ll encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.
We’ll laugh at each other’s jokes (even the bad ones). We’ll say hello and high five. We’ll celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.
We’re proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
