Provide clinical supervision for clients and staff during ABA therapy and for participants in OUCARES programs. Assist Oakland University's Center for Autism with daily operations. Monitor clients and staff during ABA therapy and OUCARES programs. Provide clinical feedback to staff and develop training based on clinical expertise. Create and maintain organizational systems to ensure compliance and accurate implementation of Center for Autism processes. Participate in 1:1 parent training sessions and conduct group community training as well.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education or Psychology or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
At least two to four years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, including at least 120 hours of direct services to individuals with complex behavior problems.
Demonstrates managerial and leadership experience.
Solid knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis. This includes functional analysis methodology, verbal behavior, and ethical standards in behavior analysis.
Work collaboratively as part of a comprehensive team to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Ability to work independently, with great attention to details, and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.
The ability to conduct themselves as a leader and provide feedback and guidance to all staff.
Pass annual background check.
Candidates must be eligible for private insurance credentialing and able to obtain a license as a behavior analyst.
Fully licensed and credentialed candidates desired.
