Application Analyst Associate to join our team remotely.
About the role: Analyzes, designs and modifies clinical software applications, including application assessment and auditing, application configuration, documentation, and organizing to support the organization's clinical application systems.
Essential Functions: - Implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for clinical application software.
- Consults with HCM/DCO’s to identify gaps through auditing of the application, to ensure accuracy and alignment with reporting standards.
- Work within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve optimal documentation practices to meet clinical needs.
- May be expected to write documentation to describe program design, settings and configurations, logic, options, decisions, and corrections. Also provide assistance with organization of documentation.
- May require other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: - Associates or bachelor’s preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred
Preferred Experience: - Possess clinical application knowledge and experience
- Positive attitude, detail oriented, self-motivated, critical thinker
- Ability to interact and develop relationships with intra-departmental teams
- Effectively communicate in both oral and written form to a widely diverse audience
- Requires basic understanding of healthcare terminology,
- Requires basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to complete work assignments in a timely manner as assigned by supervisor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Compensation is between $40,000 to $50,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
