The Business Development Associate will be focused on attracting new clients for Franchise Sale Associates. This is achieved by hitting daily call goals to franchisee leads that are sourced by strategic professional searches for both inbound and outbound leads. Focused on building relationships with franchisee candidates who have interest in investing into a Brightway franchise opportunity and working closely with our Franchise Sales Associates. The ideal candidate possesses a high quality of excellence in managing a variety of projects, performing market research, developing business strategies and can demonstrate an exceptional level of competency and capability communicating the Brightway Insurance sales scripts.
Job Responsibilities
Will familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
Contacting potential prospective franchisee candidates through cold calls and emails
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Collating and maintaining client information in the Salesforce/CRM database
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to turn cold and warm leads into opportunities for Franchise Sales Producers
Assist with ownership in drafting annual business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Identify new business opportunities and prospective Franchisee candidates
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and prospects
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field and 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
