Corporate finance department staff are responsible for assisting with the preparation and review of financial documents, including offering and bond documents, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) documents, and related SEC filings, assisting with preparing financial analyses for banking and lending institutions, rating agencies and other parties as well as debt administration, loan compliance obligations, interest rate forecasts and risk management activities. Note: There is one position available and the position will be filled at one of three job grade levels: Corporate Finance Analyst I, job grade 5; Corporate Finance Analyst II, job grade 7; or Corporate Finance Analyst III, job grade 8. This decision will be based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected, and Tri-State business needs at the time of hire.
