Compensation:$80,000 - $95,000

The Office of Information Technology is seeking a web developer/administrator to operate and maintain our enterprise Drupal Content Management System platform. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience working with web development technologies. Additionally, they will have an understanding of web development processes and standard coding practices, and an ability/willingness to work in a team oriented setting to deliver service. A successful candidate will apply their existing knowledge/skills, while showing the aptitude to build the skills necessary to support our enterprise platform.

Job Responsibilities: (100%)
Maintain the existing Drupal platform by performing ongoing maintenance and patching of components (Drupal core, modules and custom code).
Review system requirements, design, and business processes to ensure alignment with IT and business strategies.
Collaborate closely with teams and manage through the development lifecycle
Conduct a full range of programming activities including design, code, test, review, debug, document, and enhance existing components to ensure that the software meets business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
Provide Tier 3 support for Drupal users on a weekly team rotation.
Acts as a representative of the service in relevant campus groups, forums, communities and discussions by providing updates on relevant initiatives.
Stay current with relevant advances and trends in Drupal.
Create and maintain documentation on processes and workflows.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience or a master's degree
Programming skills and support experience with web-related technologies (e.g. PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (such as React and jQuery))
Knowledge of and ability to document code and web projects clearly and concisely following best practices.
Ability to communicate well with other coworkers to produce given deliverables.
