The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $255,000. A salary above the midpoint may be offered to an exceptional candidate. GNV offers an attractive benefits package that includes a company vehicle and insurance. GNV will assist with relocation costs.
The Gainesville Regional Airport is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the management, operation, and development of Gainesville Regional Airport. Reporting to the Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority, this role oversees all airport functions with a focus on safety, efficiency, financial stewardship, and long-term growth. The CEO ensures the airport meets regulatory requirements, advances aviation activity, and serves the region with high-quality facilities and services. This position calls for a strategic and engaged leader who can guide operations, support a committed workforce, and foster strong partnerships with federal, state, and local agencies. Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Airport Administration, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Eight (8) to ten (10) years of progressively responsible airport administration experience.
