Responsbilities

• Will assign tasks and monitors performance of all Imaging Services support staff.
• Supports software applications to maximize staff performance and management decision making.
• Defines application scope and performance objectives that reflect an understanding of applicable business systems and clinical requirements.
• Functions as timely first level response for the development, modification, and maintenance of Imaging Services applications.
• Identifies opportunities to improve workflow processes, reduce errors and improve safety.
• Assists with related system educational initiatives, employee orientation, evaluation and training.
• Functions as a data liaison between other departments and imaging Services. Responsible for testing, planning, and supporting vendor supplied updates and releases.
• Maintains system documentation.
• Supports data needs by writing and developing reports.
• This position reports to the Imaging Services Business Manager.
