Gather, analyze, and interpret data, identify patterns and trends within analyzed data, develop data gathering and analysis tools

• In cooperation with PMO Lead, support and determine ongoing updates to operational objectives by analyzing business functions, goals and objectives; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Supporting the development and implementation of strategy refinements for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan
• Develop briefing material from data analysis
• Create and maintain monthly reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews and other client materials / documentation as needed
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Maintain and Manage the KPI data points to ensure KPI alignment
• Improve current state by studying current practices; designing modifications and improvements
• Recommend improvements by identifying problems; creating improved procedures
• Suggest changes to PMO Lead using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
• Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
• Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders using tools like Excel, Smartsheet or Power BI
• Set up projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud application on behalf of Project Managers (set up training will be provided)
• Set up project milestone schedules on behalf of Project Managers
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying capabilities and gaps
• Construct reference guides meant to assist the account with new programs or daily activities
• Collect and maintain the on account playbooks
• Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
• Responsible for the development of the Monthly newsletter
• Responsible for the data results within the Rewards and Recognition program.
• Responsible for maintaining and communicating the innovations program decisions and next steps
• Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget and requests

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
