This entry-level position offers a front-row seat to the commercial real estate world — where you’ll learn from experienced professionals, support exciting transactions, and help us strengthen relationships with clients across the country. What You’ll Do
Partner directly with the Sales Manager and business development team to support client and marketing initiatives.
Maintain our CRM system to keep track of contacts, leads, and new business opportunities.
Research markets and competitors to identify potential clients and trends.
Help draft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our services.
Work with our marketing team to update website content, create social media posts, and brainstorm new campaign ideas.
Assist in coordinating industry events and sponsorships, ensuring our brand is well represented.
Join sales and underwriting staff at client meetings and networking events.
Contribute to client service and retention efforts — helping us stay connected and responsive to customer needs.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, real estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in commercial real estate — and a desire to learn from the ground up.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable engaging with colleagues, clients, and industry professionals.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive about taking initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and positive attitude — you enjoy being part of a team that works hard and celebrates success together.
