We are looking for an experienced Architect/Project Manager to join our Residential team in Portsmouth, NH.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing all aspects of multiple projects

· Serve as the primary client liaison

· Determine scope of work, estimate fees, and prepare proposals and contracts

· Actively manage budgets, schedules and utilization of staff to ensure efficiency and achieve project profitability

· Deliver projects that represent the vision of the client and that are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

· Manage and develope client relationships to promote repeat and future opportunities

Required Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in architecture

· 8+ years of experience in the field or in a related area

· Registered Architect preferred, but not required

· Clear understanding in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Proven results in job profitability

· Strong Revit and Microsoft skills

· Excellent workplace skills including written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration

· Self-motivated and results-oriented

· Experience in high-end residential sector is required
