What You’ll Do:
- Lead HR initiatives in recruitment, retention, training, and career development
- Oversee compensation, benefits, policy development, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and supervisors
- Champion a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- PHR/SPHR certification and energy cooperative experience preferred
