^{Africa Business School invites applications for the position of Professor of Management Practice (PMP) in Organizational Behaviour and Development field (transformation and management with complexity; human resource management - HR & AI, the future of skills).}

^{This role is designed for distinguished professionals with significant leadership experience and a proven track record in undertaking complex projects. As a PMP at ABS, you will focus on teaching, designing and leading executive education programs, engaging in applied research, and contributing to the institution's outreach and engagement with the business community. Your impact on the institution's reputation, student learning, and relationships with the business community is at the core of this role. We seek individuals passionate about addressing real-world challenges in Africa through their work.}

The ideal candidate(s) will have a proven track record of leadership in complex projects, a strong aptitude for executive education and mentorship, and a commitment to applied research that generates practical insights.
