As a Manager, Software Engineering (Temporary), you will:
Oversee the design and evolution of the infrastructure
Manage the software development team
Translate product roadmaps into scalable software solutions
Design and adhere to software development processes and best practices.

Temporary employees may be appointed for a period of up to two years. Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related degree
5+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6), React, Node.js, AngularJS, WebGL, Docker, and Python
5+ years of experience managing a software development team of 5 or more people using modern software development management processes (e.g., Agile dev)
5+ years of experience working with Jira, GitLab, or similar applications
5+ years of experience working with a product management team to facilitate the translation of product requirements into engineering specifications and sprint tasks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Desire to work on a highly complex infrastructure that requires tight integration and communication with the computational, mathematical, and biophysical scientists.
Experience in diverse technologies and technical challenges, in services development, systems engineering, and distributed PaaS/SaaS infrastructure.
