The Sr Staff Data Analyst position will be responsible for providing support to the Quality Assurance Department and Operations in order to effectively monitor and maintain compliant item master and ERP systems capable of meeting business needs. Divisional responsibility of administration for systems such as ERP, Labeling, and UDI.
What you will do
Lead new development of data governance reporting; including requirements, documentation, testing and rolling out new functionality
Key divisional technical point of contact for labeling system enhancements and maintenance.
Lead Verification/Validation support for Labeling Systems and interfaces.
Identify and manage critical labeling data and systems issues and risks.
Ensure overall compliance with document control requirements and systems data integrity.
Conducts periodic data integrity analysis of data contained within JD Edwards, ROBAR, and various other systems to ensure all data is accurate.
Completes Data migration into both the Enterprise Resource Planning (JD Edwards) and Labeling systems.
Liaises with various teams across the organization including but not limited to Engineering, Finance, and Operations to collate and review data in an effective and efficient manner.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related science field with formal training in computer systems administration.
7+ years of experience minimal
Demonstrated experience in system administration using electronic systems such as document management, ERP, and Reporting systems
Demonstrated experience processing ECNs, ECOs and procedural documentation through electronic document management systems and ERP systems.
Demonstrated experience with software development testing and verification/validation.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot issues with electronic systems.
Demonstrated technical knowledge in database structures.
