Job Summary
The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is seeking a Research Project Manager to support two NIH-funded R01 longitudinal studies. This research follows a cohort of diverse families (n=1307) with young families in the Twin Cities area. Depending on the cohort, families will participate in on-line surveys, ecological momentary assessment (EMA), as well as in-person data collection visits where biological measures are collected (e.g., blood, hair samples, anthropometrics). The Project Manager would play an integral role in overseeing the cohort studies, including supervision of staff; managing the collection of data collection, which includes the collection of GIS data; and engaging regular communication with and between the multidisciplinary team. The Project Manager would be recognized as a technical expert in the collection of biological data from parents/children. While the incumbant would work with a team, they would also be required to work independently with guidance only in more complex situations. This project is funded through December 2026 and will report to the Research Program Director.
