Problems & Resolutions Analyst - PA Billing Relations
The Problems & Resolution Analyst is responsible for researching and responding to complaints and issues raised by patients in regard to their Clinic billing. Responsible for acting as a liaison between the patient and the clinical office in resolving disputed charges or balances and reporting to management on outstanding and resolved issues. Job Relationships Reports to the Billing Relations Manager Principal Responsibilities Address patient inquiries and complaints within 10 business days of notification.
