We are currently seeking a full time Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful individual will ensure established objectives are met by providing essential internal and external support to the Strategic Clinical Integration's Business Development department including planning, coordinating, documenting, transitioning, and evaluating multiple complex strategies and activities related to market growth areas, including serving as project manager and primary researcher/data aggregator for related initiatives; Establishes and manages strong relationships with internal colleagues and external business partners to foster communication, facilitate business plan execution, and achieve superior levels of customer satisfaction in CC's menu of D2E health services
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management Responsibilities:
Maintains a detailed and up-to-date project roster for the Business Development department, ensuring the necessary alignment with and coordination of the existing CC organizational structure, processes and policies
Supports the development of successful business relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners/outside vendors; ensures ongoing communication, coordinates project meetings, associated agendas, and support materials as needed
Liaises with leaders and internal SMEs to assist with defining the goals and scope of various projects and initiatives; works with leaders and key stakeholders across the enterprise to define scope and produce meaningful charter documents and viable work plans as necessary
Supports the Business Development team by providing project management on key initiatives, monitoring prioritization, strategy shift, project scope, budget, resource capacity, current and projected resource allocations, schedule, construction/renovation plans, governance, course correction activities, and impact assessments.
Research Analyst Responsibilities:
Researches historical information and current data to secure a full understanding of the transitioning healthcare industry and tiered market landscapes
Coordinates efforts with existing teams (S&P, External Affairs, etc.) and assists in compiling data on alternative methods of healthcare delivery and payment models to identify future service offerings beneficial to CC and the community, inclusive of both desk research, collaboration with internal teams, and outreach to external SMEs/opinion leaders
Assists with coordinating the vetting process for potential partners and vendors sought for engagement on various business initiatives (including supporting the development of RFPs, work bids, and evaluation tools), regarding the fit within CC's strategy and mission/values alignment.
Account Partnership Responsibilities:
Supports the Director of Business Solutions and Business Development team in qualifying business growth leads and community opportunities
Supports the Director of Business Partnerships/Partnership Management by building mutually-successful relationships with existing external business and community partners, including identifying continued opportunities, soliciting feedback, troubleshooting, and garnering continued organizational support/intervention when necessary
Serves as SME for contractual relationships relevant to the Business Development department regarding new services and product offerings.
Creates and promotes the CC values through a tireless spirit of internal and external collaboration and team-work to grow the CC book of business.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required; professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal higher education
Demonstrated success serving as a lead coordinator of internal and outward-facing business relationships in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, healthcare industry preferred
Experience with business contract review and associated record keeping
