The Talent Development Coordinator reports to the Talent Development Manager or Director and provides administrative support to the department, coordinates training events and logistics, and provides reporting and oversight of budgeting and metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates training events for instructor-led classes, including attendee lists and approvals; logistics such as travel arrangements and lodging for attendees; catering; room reservation and setup; materials and supplies; post-class surveys; agenda management and scheduling presenters.
Coordinates webinars including presenter scheduling, adding events to calendar, recording, and handling Q&A
Tracks and reports Talent Development team metrics.
Cross checks and reviews training materials and content before publishing.
Records voice overs for training videos.
Coordinates printed materials for on-site and off-site training events and meetings, awards, etc. to include distribution of new hire materials.
Administers training records and forms (e.g., scanning, storage, distribution to stakeholders).
Processes invoices and expense reimbursements for training and communication event attendees and staff.
Assists with the administration of the learning management system (LMS) to include daily tasks, tracking compliance, and reporting.
Orders office and specialty supplies for department, conferences, meetings and events as needed.
Coordinates logistics for on-site team meetings of regional staff.
Assists with planning and coordination of the Annual Leadership Conference (e.g., registration process, attendee expenses management).
May travel on an infrequent basis for meetings and/or events.
Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
High school diploma/GED and 3 to 5 years of administrative support experience required.
Experience coordinating meetings and events and managing travel arrangements required.
Bachelor's degree and experience coordinating and planning training events and meetings strongly preferred.

Skill and ability to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing for business, including grammar, punctuation, editing and proofreading
Skill in applying creative and critical thinking to problem-solving
Knowledge and skills to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Mathematical competency for budgeting, expense management, and descriptive statistics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain appropriate discretion
