As a key member in our international Advanced Guidance Technologies (AGT) team, your main responsibility is the development of complex medical software for our best in class Orthopedic computer assisted surgery platform.
As part of the team, you will work out the system requirements based on customer requests and optimize our software for easy use in the operating room.
You will work across divisions and combine technologies from navigation and robotics.
Through surgery visits and collaboration with our customers and marketing you will gain a profound understanding of the medical processes we support with our software and medical systems.
The office is in Freiburg im Breisgau. We are happy to offer you the flexibility to work largely from home, whereby you would have to plan to be on site a few times in a month.
What are we looking for?
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science, software engineering, mathematics, electrical engineering or comparable.
You have already gained several years professional and project experience in software development with C++ (ideally in combination with Qt) or other programming languages such as C# or Java.
You bring along a strong drive for Medical Device Engineering.
Your high degree of adaptability and flexibility makes it easy for you to integrate into an existing team and to operate in a complex international environment.
A very good command of English and ideally good written and spoken German round off your profile.
